As the Superintendent of Schools of a public school district in New Jersey, the views that I would like to share is; ? There is consent over educational frameworks which have been characterized through teacher oriented pedagogy. The tough bureaucratic structures and the instruments for standard evaluation as well as practices are insufficient and incapable of bringing out graduates especially the ones who are well suited for meeting the necessities of the modernized labor markets. This further demonstrates the development of other models and educational programs whose goal is to facilitate the invention and growth of manpower skills and capabilities thus, bringing up opportunity to smoothly tackle the global, technological, economic and cultural modifications. This strategy of alternative education allows the educational leaders to accomplish the promise they have made
